Bookkeeper (2+ years experience required)

<Job Summary>
Join our team as a Bookkeeper and become a vital part of our financial operations! In this role, you will manage accurate record-keeping, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the financial health of our organization. <Duties>

  • Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, invoices) in Sage accounting software
  • Perform credit card reconciliations, ensuring records match & resolving discrepancies
  • Organize digital and physical financial documents, including receipts and credit card statements
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital & physical
  • Assist with accounts payable as needed
  • Provide general office and administrative support
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Data entry
  • Other duties as assigned

<Requirements>

  • Associates Degree in Accounting
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Sage 50 Accounting experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and mathematical proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • High accuracy in entering & reviewing data
  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain orderly documentation

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
