Job Summary

The Bookkeeper/Administrative Manager is a dual-threat role responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the company and ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine. This position requires a power user of QuickBooks who can manage full-cycle accounting while juggling diverse administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Expert QuickBooks Management:

  • Maintain the full chart of accounts within QuickBooks.
  • Handle all data entry, including bills, invoices, and journal entries.
  • Perform complex bank and credit card reconciliations directly in the software.
  • Generate and interpret monthly QuickBooks reports (P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow).
  • Financial Operations as shown below:

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with strict attention to detail.

Process payroll and ensure accurate tax filings.

Assist with year-end tax preparation for the CPA.

Administrative Leadership:

  • Oversee daily office operations, vendor relationships, and supply management.
  • Maintain organized digital records and handle sensitive HR/personnel files.
  • Provide high-level support to the leadership team with scheduling and project coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • QuickBooks Mastery: Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop). Certification (ProAdvisor) is a significant plus.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Position reports to owner of the company, is full time.

Salary is based on qualifications.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
