We’re looking for a motivated Bookkeeper Assistant who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in accounting and operations.

This is not a “punch-the-clock” role. It’s a growth opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Enter and reconcile invoices
• Support weekly and monthly reporting
• Help reconcile credit cards and bank statements
• Track fuel, driver payments, and operational expenses
• Maintain organized financial records
• Assist with month-end close preparation
• Support process improvement and system organization
• HR support

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Recent accounting/finance graduate encouraged to apply
• Strong Excel skills (required)
• Comfortable learning accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Self-starter with strong follow-through
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• High integrity and accountability
