Overview

North London Collegiate School Dubai is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on parent liaison, event coordination, and acting as a primary liaison across various teams to support residential operations and school activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between students, instructors, and administration.
• Maintain communications with existing parents, handling queries and coordinating between school personnel and departments.
• Act as the main liaison between the operations team and members, ensuring regular updates and quick problem resolution.
• Coordinate day-to-day facilities management operations and support the Facilities Management (FM) team.
• Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies and advise on adherence to current regulatory issues in collaboration with QHSE, Operations and Engineering & Maintenance Management.
• Act as the liaison between healthcare teams, patients, families, and external agencies where applicable.
• Work with government departments for relations support services and registrations as needed.
• Provide support to ensure the successful execution of day-to-day residential operations and events.
• As required, collaborate with the academic leadership team and support staff to ensure cohesive operations.
