BPO Operations Coordinator (Female – Mid Level)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily BPO operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow management, monitor team performance, coordinate with different departments, and assist in achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations across sales and support teams
  • Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity metrics
  • Maintain and update operational reports (KPIs, leads status, conversions)
  • Act as a communication bridge between management and floor teams
  • Assist in implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency
  • Track lead flow, pipeline status, and project progress
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Support floor management in resolving real-time issues
  • Conduct follow-ups on pending tasks, targets, and deadlines
  • Assist in training coordination and onboarding processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or relevant field preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in BPO operations or coordination role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools is a plus
