Sales Closer (BPO Industry)

Job Overview

Interact Global is seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Closer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful deals, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and experience dealing with U.S./international clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound qualified leads and convert them into paying clients
• Conduct sales meetings, discovery calls, and online presentations with international customers
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions and service offerings
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline
• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report daily/weekly sales performance
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Closer, Sales Executive, or similar role
• Experience in BPO, U.S./international campaigns is a strong plus
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Ability to work in U.S. time zone
• Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Experience with CRM tools and modern sales processes

Location: Wapda Town Phase 1, Lahore
Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
