Job description:

We are looking for a branch manager with proven ability to grow a book of business in the logistics industry, while influencing and motivating others to perform at a high level. This candidate will act as a coach and advocate to develop and train a team while creating an encouraging and positive environment. The Branch Manager will go above and beyond expectations to grow and mentor their team and will need to be energetic, creative and knowledgeable to overcome challenges daily.

  • Responsibilities:
  • The Branch InCharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and meeting organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and business growth.
  • Manage and lead a team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Requirements:
  • You must have relevant, advanced sales success in the logistics industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with strong management and decision-making skills
  • Solid understanding of logistics operations and business development strategies
  • Demonstrated success motivating a sales team to surpass daily, weekly and monthly goals.
  • Conduct sales training for all new sales employees.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Must have bachelor's degree
  • Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in logistics.
