Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all store-level administrative tasks.
- Monitor and manage daily staff attendance, ensuring accurate records and punctuality.
- Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with supply chain/warehouse.
- Ensure visual merchandising is in line with brand guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated queries effectively.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, suggesting strategies for growth.
- Ensure proper cash handling, financial controls, and audit compliance.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism at the branch.
- Ensure store facade and overall presentation remain clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in retail store management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams effectively.
