Branch Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all store-level administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and manage daily staff attendance, ensuring accurate records and punctuality.
  • Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with supply chain/warehouse.
  • Ensure visual merchandising is in line with brand guidelines.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated queries effectively.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Implement company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, suggesting strategies for growth.
  • Ensure proper cash handling, financial controls, and audit compliance.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism at the branch.
  • Ensure store facade and overall presentation remain clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in retail store management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
