Position Overview:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overall business development, branch operations, and team performance. This leadership role demands a strong business acumen, excellent people management, and proven expertise in sales within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch.
• Drive business growth through sales of banking and insurance products.
• Achieve branch revenue, productivity, and profitability targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Front Line Sales Executives (FLS).
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies for customer acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory norms, and audit standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and regional management.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic inputs to management.

• Proficiency in financial products and market understanding.
• Problem-solving, planning, and decision-making capability.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 4–8 years in financial sales / branch management (preferably BFSI domain).
• Location Preference: Candidates from or willing to relocate to Guruvayoor or Perinthalmanna.
