BRANCH MANAGER

Role

An Aesthetic Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of an aesthetic clinic/center, ensuring smooth functioning, quality client service, staff management, and achievement of business targets while maintaining professional standards in aesthetics and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations – Manage daily activities, scheduling, and workflow of the branch.

• Team Management – Supervise doctors, nurses, front office, and support staff; provide training and motivation.

• Client Relationship – Ensure excellent customer service, handle escalations, and maintain client satisfaction.

• Sales & Targets – Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly/quarterly sales goals, cross-selling, and upselling services.

• Compliance & Standards – Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with aesthetic clinic protocols.

• Inventory & Resources – Monitor stock of products, consumables, and equipment usage.

• Reporting & Coordination – Prepare performance reports, coordinate with higher management, and implement company policies.

• Marketing Support – Assist in local promotions, events, and brand-building activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Cosmetology: 2 years (Required)
