We are a well-established exchange house operating in the UAE, offering a wide range of financial services including remittances, foreign exchange, and payroll solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and ensure excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by achieving branch sales targets and maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead initiatives to acquire new customers and expand the branch’s client base.
- Enhance customer retention by ensuring high service quality and building long-term client relationships.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with Central Bank regulations and company policies.
- Manage and motivate branch staff to achieve sales and service targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase business growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Monitor financial performance, cash handling, and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high-quality service standards.
- Coordinate with head office on audits, compliance requirements, and reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to AML, KYC, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in the exchange house, banking, financial services sector, insurance, F&B with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
