Job Title: Branch Manager – Manpower Supply
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Years

As a Branch Manager, you will oversee all operational, HR, and administrative functions at the branch level. You will manage the supply of manpower to clients, both directly and by collaborating with third-party suppliers to meet increasing demands or fill shortages. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manpower supply, team management, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Operations Management: Oversee all manpower supply operations at the branch level, ensuring timely fulfilment of client requests.
  • Client Liaison: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their ongoing workforce needs. Ensure quick response to urgent demands, such as handling shortages.
  • Third-Party Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party manpower suppliers to source additional workers when required. Manage contracts, performance, and compliance.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead the branch team, including operations, HR, and logistics staff. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage branch budgets, monitor labor costs, and track financial performance.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to all legal requirements related to manpower deployment, visa processing, and documentation.
  • Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and submit them to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience
  • Leadership experience in managing teams and multi-departmental coordination.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to control costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
