Interview Location:

  • Ittefaq Mega Mall, near Islamic Shehad Cent, Gulnoor market main Murree road rwp (200 meter away from Benazir Bhutto Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Operations:
  • Supervise all daily store activities including sales, cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Sales & Customer Service:
  • Drive sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ensure staff provide excellent service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
  • Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store employees.
  • Schedule shifts, assign daily tasks, and monitor staff attendance and performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings to motivate the team and ensure alignment with store goals.
  • Inventory & Stock Management:
  • Oversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure accurate stock records and perform periodic audits.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, and safety standards.
  • Manage petty cash, daily sales reconciliation, and other branch-related documentation.
  • Store Maintenance & Presentation:
  • Ensure the store layout and displays align with brand guidelines.
  • Report maintenance or security issues promptly to relevant departments.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and sales management.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems, inventory software).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
