Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Islamabad. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and sales growth. Responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will also analyze sales data, develop strategies to achieve business goals, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Direct daily store activities, including, inventory, merchandising, and, maintenance.
  • Sales and Profitability: Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales goals, monitor budgets, and control costs.
  • Staff Leadership: Train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate performance of team members.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve complaints.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance (e.g., food safety).
  • Inventory Control: Perform audits, ensure correct pricing, and manage stock levels to prevent shrinkage.

Required Skills & Qualification

  • Experience: Proven experience of minimum 8-10 years in retail management, specifically in a high-volume setting.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a large team.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, P&L management, and sales forecasting.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in retail software, inventory systems, and, Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is often preferred.

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
