About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to lead daily outlet operations, ensure food quality and compliance, manage inventory and staff, and deliver an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for professionals with strong operational control and team leadership experience in food retail or QSR environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, security monitoring, and maintenance follow-ups
- Ensure FIFO implementation, stock availability, and daily physical stock closing
- Supervise FOH & BOH operations, including kitchen quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance
- Manage customer, corporate, and online orders to minimize delays and cancellations
- Maintain strong presence on the sales floor during peak hours
- Conduct daily quality checks, oil titration tests, and kitchen closing reports
- Lead, train, and manage branch staff; ensure roster compliance and controlled overtime
- Maintain required documentation for audits (ISO, SFA, staff records)
- Execute marketing campaigns and sales promotions as directed
- Manage petty cash responsibly and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Branch Manager / Outlet Manager (Food/QSR preferred)
- Must have valid Graduation/Masters Degree
- Comfortable in working across the City & in Rotational Shifts
- Strong knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and team supervision
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
