Our Lahore branch is expanding, and we are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our team, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand the company’s market presence.

• Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage a high-performing team to achieve business targets.

• Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance on Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries’ immigration processes, work permits, and visit visas.

• Sales & Revenue Growth: Generate business through innovative marketing strategies and client referrals.

• Operational Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

• Market Research: Stay updated on immigration policies, industry trends, and competitor activities to enhance service offerings.

• Customer Service: Maintain excellent relationships with clients by providing accurate and transparent information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the immigration consultancy industry.

• Strong knowledge of Canadian, Australian, and Schengen immigration processes, work permits, and visit visas.

• Proven experience in business development and team management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
