About the Role

E-Dental Mart is hiring a dynamic and assertive Female Branch Manager / Floor Manager (Male/Female) to oversee and streamline daily floor operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between Sales, CSR, Store, and Accounts departments while maintaining strict operational discipline.

We are looking for a results-driven leader who can manage people, processes, inventory, and reporting efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage complete floor operations
• Coordinate between Sales team and CSR reporting
• Oversee order processing and dispatch operations
• Supervise client dealings by CSR team
• Manage all order-dispatch related matters
• Monitor and prepare daily POS reports
• Ensure accurate inventory management and daily physical stock count
• Oversee returns management and stock inward entries
• Maintain daily inventory sold summaries aligned with load sheets
• Monitor daily demand from inventory and verify stock levels of running items
• Conduct data verification and generate operational reports
• Monitor cash handling, counter discounts sheets, and reconciliations
• Ensure clearance of all matters regarding orders, inventory, and floor staff tasks
• Enforce discipline, SOP compliance, and task accountability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business / Management preferred)
• 2–7 years experience in retail, store, or branch management
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory control
• Experience handling multi-department coordination
• Assertive personality with strong leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational challenges
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills
