Brand Manager

As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for stewarding the brand’s global equity and ensuring its continued leadership across LATAM, US, EU, UK, India, and Australia. Sterling’s flagship brand with the strongest recognition in fragrance, and this role will focus on brand building, global consistency, local market relevance, and execution excellence.

You will lead the execution of brand plans, international partnerships, trade show presence, and global advocacy initiatives such as the Timeless Collective, while working closely with distributors, retail partners, and internal cross-functional teams. Digital strategy will be overseen at a global level, with your focus on brand storytelling, retail visibility, and advocacy programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Translate the global brand vision into actionable annual brand plans across key markets.
  • Build launch calendars, hero product strategies, and category priorities for global rollouts.
  • Ensure consistent global brand positioning while tailoring execution to local cultures and consumer needs.

2. Campaign & Brand Plan Execution

  • Lead 360° brand plan rollouts across ATL, BTL, retail, and influencer channels.
  • Oversee campaign toolkits, creative adaptation, and retail-ready execution.
  • Ensure timeliness, localization quality, and impact measurement of global campaigns.

3. Trade Shows & Global Events

  • Drive Brand presence at major international trade shows (TFWA, Cosmoprof, Beautyworld, etc.).
  • Partner with design and event teams to create immersive, brand-defining experiences.
  • Manage PR, distributor, and influencer engagement strategies during trade shows.

4. Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Execute strategic brand partnerships (retail, lifestyle, fashion, entertainment).
  • Manage celebrity and influencer collaborations to strengthen global visibility.
  • Negotiate and oversee partnership deliverables and activations.

5. Global Advocacy & Timeless Collective

  • Lead Brands’s role in the Timeless Collective, a global advocacy program uniting creators across 65+ cities.
  • Build strong community-driven storytelling, leveraging influencer voices as brand ambassadors.
  • Amplify UGC, content creation, and advocacy-led marketing campaigns.

6. Distributor & Market Partner Management

  • Work with distributors across LATAM, US, EU, UK, India, and Australia to align brand calendars and activations.
  • Provide brand toolkits, training modules, and campaign assets for flawless execution.
  • Monitor compliance, ROI, and brand equity in-market.

7. Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver monthly brand reviews, including campaign KPIs, retail sell-through, and advocacy impact.
  • Track competitor activity across fragrance markets globally.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance brand desirability and growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Global brand equity growth (awareness, desirability, NPS).
  • Sell-through uplift post-activations and campaigns.
  • Trade show ROI (engagement, leads, PR value).
  • Advocacy reach & engagement via Timeless Collective.
  • Distributor execution scorecards across global markets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7–10 years of brand management experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury FMCG.
  • Proven expertise in multi-country brand building and distributor-led markets.
  • Strong track record in trade show management and global activations.
  • Experience managing global partnerships and influencer advocacy programs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to balance creativity and business objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
