Brand Manager

Lead the development and execution of Gathern’s brand strategy to ensure a consistent, differentiated, and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints, while strengthening market positioning, customer perception, and long-term brand equity.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and execute Brand Strategy and rollout of integrated brand campaigns.
  • Own media planning alignment with agencies across digital, offline, and performance channels.
  • Manage influencer strategy, including selection, partnerships, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee brand research, including tracking studies, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor brand health metrics such as awareness, TOM, consideration, and usage.
  • Work closely with the Creative Manager to ensure campaign ideas are executed effectively.
  • Manage agency relationships across media, sponsorship, influencer, and research partners.

Requirements


Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience: 5–8+ years in brand management, marketing, or related roles
