Brand Marketing Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) Location: Jauhar Block 1 A
Reports to: Directors
Works with: In-house Graphic Designer + SEO resource

You’ll:

• Own our LinkedIn-first content calendar; write copy and brief the designer.
• Learn our offerings fast and keep a Content Idea Bank (≥30 ideas/month).
• Lead an SEO person/agency: keywords, briefs, on-page fixes, GSC/GA4.
• Ship weekly metrics and a short monthly summary.

90-Day Outcomes:

• 8–12 posts/month; +15–25% engagement growth.
• 3–5 SEO pieces shipped; ranking lift on 6–8 target keywords; GSC clicks up 15–20%.

You Have:

• 2–5+ yrs B2B marketing (IT/SaaS/ERP preferred).
• Proven LinkedIn growth, strong SEO fundamentals, sharp copy.
• Organized, creative, and data-driven.
