Job Purpose:
To support the development, execution, and monitoring of brand marketing strategies and initiatives that enhance the visibility, consistency, and positioning of the Barns brand. The role contributes to brand research, integrated communications, partnerships, and competitor analysis while ensuring brand consistency across all channels and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards across all touchpoints and materials.

Apply understanding of brand research including market trends, consumer insights, competitive positioning, and mystery shopping feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent and high-quality brand representation.

Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all design and content elements.

Stay updated with relevant market trends, design styles, and evolving customer preferences.

Contribute to the development of brand assets that support broader marketing goals.

Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (360°) across digital, print, in-store, and social media channels.

Identify and build strategic partnerships that enhance brand reach and alignment.

Negotiate and manage contracts with agencies, service providers, and sponsors.

Develop and coordinate CSR campaigns aligned with company values and monitor their effectiveness.

Track, report, and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and insights.

Monitor and analyze competitor branding, marketing campaigns, and public positioning.

Generate insights and present reports on competitive strengths, gaps, and opportunities.

Recommend improvements and new initiatives based on competitive intelligence.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
Experience:

2 to 4 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Campaign Support roles.

Experience in the F&B or Retail sector is preferred.
Language Skills:

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
