Position Overview

We are looking for a Brand Strategist to join our dynamic team at Hashlogics.
In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development team to define, strengthen, and execute our brand strategy — shaping how Hashlogics is perceived in local and international markets.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset — someone who can translate insights into powerful brand narratives, strengthen our digital presence, and help position Hashlogics as a trusted global technology partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with company goals and enhance market visibility.
  • Work closely with the BD team to craft compelling brand messaging and communication strategies that attract clients and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities and industry trends.
  • Build and refine the company’s brand voice, tone, and storytelling framework for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — website, social media, proposals, digital campaigns, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to develop campaigns, case studies, and client success stories that reinforce brand credibility.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of branding and awareness campaigns using data analytics and engagement metrics.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and visibility opportunities within the tech and business ecosystem.
  • Recommend brand growth strategies that improve recognition, trust, and client engagement globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or communications — preferably in a software house or tech company.
  • Strong understanding of B2B branding, audience targeting, and digital positioning.
  • Excellent grasp of brand storytelling, tone, and identity building.
  • Experience collaborating with sales or BD teams on marketing materials, proposals, and brand messaging.
  • Analytical mindset — ability to interpret performance data and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, etc.) is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and strategic execution.
