Sr. Social Media Strategist

Ryelogic is looking for a Social Media Strategist who knows how to make brands grow; not just post for the sake of posting. You’ll manage multiple clients across different industries and create smart content plans that drive engagement, reach, and real results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and run organic social strategies that deliver measurable growth and community building.

Manage multiple client accounts and tailor plans for each industry and channel.

Own content planning and calendars. Decide what goes up, when, and why.

Work closely with clients to understand goals and translate them into clear social roadmaps.

Coordinate with design and editing teams to get assets ready and posted on time.

Create ideas that spark conversation, boost engagement, and turn followers into loyal fans.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Running ads; this role is focused on organic growth only.

Editing videos or designing posts yourself; you’ll plan and direct - our creative teams execute.

What We’re Looking For (Important)

Deep understanding of platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and how to tailor strategies for each.

Hands-on experience managing multiple accounts with a track record of successful campaigns.

The data and stats to prove your strategy works.

Strong planning, communication, and coordination skills.

Agency experience is a big plus.

Familiarity with ClickUp (or similar PM tools) helps you stand out.
