Role Summary

Redcliffe Labs is seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Partnership Manager/Senior Manager to lead cross-brand alliances that drive customer engagement, quality collaborations, and business growth. The ideal candidate will bring 4–5 years of proven experience in building high-impact brand partnerships, with a sharp eye for quality, innovation, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure quality-driven cross-brand partnerships for product selling, joint promotions, and customer engagement programs.
  • Build a strong pipeline of relevant partners that align with Redcliffe’s brand values and business objectives.

End-to-End Partnership Management

  • Drive the complete partnership cycle—prospecting, outreach, negotiation, contracting, and execution—while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance.
  • Develop co-branded campaigns, loyalty programs, and collaborative offers that deliver tangible customer value.

Quality & Customer Engagement

  • Ensure all partnerships uphold Redcliffe’s commitment to quality in execution, communication, and customer experience.
  • Monitor partner deliverables to guarantee consistent service levels and brand integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, product, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns and activations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain timely, high-quality execution across all touchpoints.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track key KPIs including partnership ROI, customer engagement metrics, and revenue impact.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency of future partnerships.

Skills & Competencies

  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to pitch and present ideas effectively.
  • Market Contacts: Strong network and connections across key industries to quickly identify and onboard potential partners.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly across teams and with external stakeholders to drive joint success.
  • Innovation: Creative thinking to conceptualize unique partnership opportunities and customer engagement strategies.

Key Deliverables

  • Experience: 4–5 years of proven success in brand partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality collaborations that improve customer experience and drive measurable results.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining excellence and quality standards.

Preferred Profile

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Established network of brand and agency contacts, especially in healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer-focused industries.
  • Experience in creating quality-led customer engagement initiatives through cross-brand tie-ups.
