Job Title: Promoter / Showroom Sales Executive

Location: Shivaji nagar, Bengaluru

Job Summary

As a Promoter / Showroom Sales Executive, you will represent our brand on the showroom floor, engage with walk-in customers, present product solutions, and drive sales conversions. You will wear the company T-shirt/uniform and act as a brand ambassador to ensure a professional image.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers when they enter the showroom
• Provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing
• Assist customers in selecting the right screens or fitment options
• Maintain product displays, ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Track customer interactions, leads, and follow up for conversions
• Coordinate with service/installation teams to schedule site visits
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Promote current offers, warranties, and financing options (e.g. 0% EMI where applicable)

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
• Previous experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or promoter roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, good presentation
• Comfortable wearing a company uniform / T-shirt as dress code
• Basic computer skills (for order entry, CRM use)
• Local language fluency + basic English
• Should have reliable means of commute
