Marketing Executive

Brand Promotion & Outreach

· Visit doctors, clinics, and referral partners to promote the hospital’s specialties and generate patient referrals.

· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community.

· Digital Marketing & Communication

· Manage and monitor digital marketing channels — website, social media, Google listings, etc.

· Respond promptly to online patient enquiries and feedback.

· Coordinate with digital agencies for campaign execution and performance tracking.

· Campaigns & Events

· Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community health programs.

· Support hospital participation in trade shows, medical camps, exhibitions, and other outreach events.

· Marketing Collateral & Reporting

· Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and periodic performance reports.

· Track and analyze marketing activities and ROI to improve future campaigns.

· Vendor & Media Coordination

· Liaise with vendors, media houses, and creative agencies for advertising and promotional requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or service industry.

· Good understanding of digital marketing tools and social media management.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – English (spoken & written), Kannada & Hindi (spoken).

· Strong planning and coordination abilities with attention to detail.

· Willingness to travel in & around Bangalore for marketing and outreach activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
