Brand Promoter

Job Title: Brand Promoter (Seasonal)
Campaign Duration: 1 November – 31 January
Shift Timing: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm (6 hours/day)
Number of Positions: 10 promoters, each at a different Madina Supermarket location
Location: Dubai (various Madina Supermarket branches)

Key Responsibilities:

• Stand at the OGOLD kiosk inside the supermarket during the shift hours (4 pm-10 pm).
• Approach customers and hand out promotional flyers.
• Encourage and assist customers to register (either via sign-up sheet or digital registration) for the OGOLD campaign.
• Maintain a friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor; engage with customers, answer basic questions about the promotion.
• Keep the kiosk area tidy and attractive.
• Report daily tasks completed (number of flyers handed, number of registrations) to team lead.
• Work as part of a team, coordinate with kiosk supervisor and supermarket staff to ensure smooth activation.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English
• Comfortable standing and engaging for 6-hour shifts in a busy retail environment.
• Self-motivated, friendly, confident, able to approach and engage customers.
• Available for full campaign duration: 1 November – 31 January inclusive (no major breaks).
• Valid UAE work visa or the ability to work legally in Dubai. (We may require you to provide valid visa/residency documents.)
