2. Brand Promoter (Tactical Execution)The Brand Promoter is the "face" of the brand, engaging directly with potential customers to generate immediate interest and sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Interacting with the public at events, trade shows, or in-store to demonstrate products and answer questions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Setting up promotional booths and showing features or benefits to persuade customers to buy.
  • Material Distribution: Handing out samples, brochures, and flyers to increase brand visibility.
  • Sales Support: Scheduling appointments for specialists or directly processing customer payments at events.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering customer reactions and insights to report back to the marketing team for strategy refinement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma is often the minimum; a degree in marketing is a plus for career growth.
  • Experience: Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Core Skills: Public speaking, persuasion, outgoing personality, and a professional appearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
