Brand Trainer

Position Summary

  • The Brand Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that align with the brand’s values, service standards, and operational excellence.
  • This role ensures that all employees, across both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH), understand and embody the brand’s unique identity, culture, customer engagement approach, and service excellence.
  • The Brand Trainer plays a key role in maintaining high-quality customer service, product knowledge, and brand consistency across all locations, fostering a culture of learning, hospitality, and excellence, and ensuring that staff deliver an outstanding guest experience while upholding the brand’s unique atmosphere.
  • The Brand Trainer adheres to all key result areas and responsibilities outlined in this job description, and fulfils other duties as required for operations.

Critical skills and competencies required for this post:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, F&B training, or brand development within a high-end restaurant, café, or hotel.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience in customer service excellence, staff coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest engagement, and food service standards.
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to engage employees and deliver impactful training.
  • Passion for Hospitality & Service Excellence – Deep commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience.
  • Leadership & Coaching Abilities – Capable of inspiring and developing employees at all levels.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset – Focused on providing outstanding service and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Operational Knowledge – Familiarity with restaurant service sequences, food preparation, and safety protocols.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Ability to address challenges and modify training strategies as needed.
  • Organisational & Time Management Skills – Efficiently plan and execute multiple training programs.
