Job Summary
The Relations and Branding Specialist will be responsible for managing the personal brand and public image of the Group CEO, while cultivating strong relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders. This role involves leading PR initiatives, acting as a spokesperson when needed, and ensuring seamless communication and representation of the group of companies. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and capable of operating at the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Management
- Develop and maintain the CEO’s personal brand in alignment with company values and vision.
- Manage the CEO’s online presence, including social media and public appearances.
- Create content for digital platforms (social media, blogs, speeches).
- Monitor branding impact and recommend improvements.
2. Public Relations & External Communication
- Design and implement PR strategies to promote the CEO and the organization.
- Draft speeches, articles, and public statements.
- Manage crisis communication to protect reputation.
- Serve as spokesperson when required, ensuring consistent and professional messaging.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Represent the CEO in external meetings and engagements.
- Organize networking events and strategic discussions.
4. Event Coordination & Representation
- Plan and coordinate CEO-related events and engagements.
- Prepare briefing materials and talking points for CEO appearances.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights for external communications.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and decks for external use.
6. Research & Strategy Development
- Conduct research on industry trends and stakeholder interests.
- Develop communication strategies to enhance visibility and influence.
- Analyze audience demographics to tailor messaging.
7. Operational Excellence
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Manage CEO’s external commitments for timely execution.
- Maintain 24/7 availability to support the CEO’s dynamic needs.
RequirementsExperience
- Minimum 5 years in Public Relations, Executive Assistance, Marketing, Branding, or External Relations.
- Experience managing high-profile personalities or executive branding.
Skills
