The Branding Manager is responsible for driving CARE’s brand positioning, student admissions strategy, and outreach initiatives across multiple institutions. This role blends strategic planning, digital marketing, offline campaigns, and relationship management with schools, industry, and other stakeholders to ensure CARE maintains a competitive edge and attracts top-quality students.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Branding & Positioning

  • Develop and execute CARE’s branding strategy to strengthen its visibility and reputation.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
  • Plan campaigns that highlight institutional strengths, achievements, rankings, and success stories.
  • Manage institutional participation in NIRF, ARIIA, QS, and Times rankings for visibility.

B. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Design and implement digital campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, reels, brochures, and alumni success stories.
  • Monitor KPIs like reach, engagement, conversions, and cost-per-lead (CPL).
  • Leverage analytics tools to optimize online performance and enhance lead quality.

C. Admissions Outreach & Lead Management

  • Develop the annual admissions plan with targets for all CARE institutions.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns in schools, colleges, coaching centers, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate career counseling sessions, roadshows, and open-house events.
  • Manage end-to-end lead funnel tracking and drive conversion through CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the Placement Dean and HODs to highlight program outcomes.

D. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build partnerships with schools, coaching academies, consultants, and industry associations.
  • Engage alumni as brand ambassadors for promoting CARE’s success stories.
  • Liaise with government, industry, and educational bodies for collaborations and sponsorships.

E. Events & Public Relations

  • Plan and execute admission drives, career fairs, and awareness programs.
  • Oversee press releases, PR campaigns, and influencer tie-ups.
  • Represent CARE at national and regional education expos.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Branding, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5+ years in branding, marketing, or admissions in higher education.
  • Proven track record in digital campaigns, lead conversion, and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of AICTE, NAAC, and NBA frameworks is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic marketing & digital growth expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and automation software.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
