Royal Smart Limousine (RSL) is Dubai’s foremost provider of luxury and executive transportation services, catering to a distinguished clientele that includes government entities, embassies, VIPs, global corporations, and top-tier hospitality brands. As we continue to expand our operations and investment portfolio, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Broker to lead high-value partnership development and investment brokerage initiatives.

Position Overview

The Broker will be responsible for driving RSL’s business growth by sourcing, negotiating, and managing commercial investment and partnership opportunities. This pivotal role requires a well-connected, results-driven professional with a solid background in investment brokerage, B2B sales, and strategic partnership management.

The ideal candidate will combine financial insight with strong relationship management skills, leveraging market knowledge to generate sustainable investment opportunities and revenue growth within the UAE’s mobility and luxury service sectors.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, approach, and secure new investment and partnership opportunities across corporate, hospitality, and government sectors.
  • Develop and propose innovative investment models and partnership structures aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead negotiations, structure agreements, and close high-value deals with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Represent RSL at business meetings, expos, and industry events to expand the company’s commercial footprint.

2. Investment Brokerage & Deal Execution

  • Act as the primary liaison between investors, partners, and vehicle vendors for structured investment transactions.
  • Manage deal sourcing, due diligence, documentation, and agreement execution.
  • Oversee full transaction lifecycles — from client acquisition to closure and renewal.

3. Relationship Management & Portfolio Growth

  • Maintain a portfolio of investors and corporate partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and sustained engagement.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to identify reinvestment and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide professional after-sales support and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.

4. Market Analysis & Strategic Insights

  • Monitor market trends in fleet investment, leasing, and mobility services.
  • Prepare competitive intelligence reports and recommend strategies for expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement investor acquisition campaigns.

5. Reporting & Regulatory Compliance

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all investment opportunities and client portfolios.
  • Generate performance and forecast reports for management review.
  • Ensure all contracts and transactions comply with UAE commercial laws and RSL’s internal governance standards.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in investment brokerage, corporate sales, or B2B business development.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large-scale partnership or investment deals.
  • Prior experience in transportation, real estate, or luxury service industries is a strong advantage.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • MBA preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent financial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Strong networking capabilities with established contacts in the UAE business community.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages (Hindi, Russian, or French) are a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE for meetings and business engagements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
