Role Overview

The Broker Relations Admin will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Business Development teams in managing relationships with channel partners and real estate brokerages. This role ensures smooth processing of agreements, accurate data reporting, and efficient coordination across teams and business events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Channel Partner Agreements, NOCs, and other related documentation.
  • Coordinate and support the Business Development and Sales teams on daily activities and operational requirements.
  • Extract, compile, and analyze data to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain and organize all files and documents (both soft and hard copies) in a systematic manner.
  • Maintain an updated database of real estate brokerages and channel partners.
  • Coordinate with channel partners to collect and verify onboarding documentation.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support business events such as breakfasts, roadshows, and partner gatherings.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Real Estate or Real Estate Development is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
