Business Acquisition Manager (North)

Job Overview:
The Manager – Business Acquisition (North) will play a pivotal role in expanding Dial Zero’s client base across the northern region. The ideal candidate will have strong networking and business development capabilities, along with well-established connections within Pakistan’s digital media ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving new client acquisition and strengthening Dial Zero’s market presence in North Pakistan through proactive PR efforts, direct relationship building, lead generation, and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities into the acquisition pipeline.

Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands and agencies across the Northern region, including Lahore and Tier 2 cities.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, and client meetings.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to support onboarding, activation, and retention.

3. Market Representation & Insights

• Represent Dial Zero at industry events and provide regional market insights.

4. Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Team Lead and Acquisition team to manage the sales pipeline and ensure smooth client onboarding.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Maintain accurate records of leads and activities and submit fortnightly progress reports.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing/Media Sciences.
(Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing, Meta advertising ecosystem, and client servicing dynamics)

Experience:
3–5 years in Client Acquisition - Media sales/Digital Agency
