Business Analyst (BA)
- Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients from company-provided leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions in Digital Marketing & SEO services.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
- Address client questions, objections, and concerns effectively to build trust.
- Negotiate terms and pricing while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Achieve defined sales conversion targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM/reporting tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage renewals, upselling, and referrals.
- Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in creating business proposals and presentations.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
