The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our innovative recruitment platform team in Dubai. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions to enhance our recruitment services and drive strategic growth. Your analytical skills will be key in translating complex business requirements into actionable insights and impactful project deliverables. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements specific to the recruitment industry. - Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional specifications. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for platform enhancement. - Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. - Develop business cases, workflow models, and user stories to support product and process improvements. - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and engineering. - Monitor project progress and report findings to leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals. - Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies related to business processes. - Assist in testing and validating new features before deployment to ensure they meet business standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within recruitment or HR technology sectors. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with recruitment industry practices, platforms, or software is highly desirable. - Proficient in requirements gathering tools and methodologies such as use case modeling and process mapping. - Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in team settings. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with development teams is a plus.
