Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and analyze data from various internal systems and departments.
• Identify business trends, performance metrics, and areas for operational improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Present analytical findings and actionable insights to management.
• Support business planning and forecasting through data-driven recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data modeling, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in the automotive or car rental industry will be considered an advantage.
