Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and system requirements. Document business requirements as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure clarity, completeness, and traceability of all requirement documents. Create detailed process flows, user journeys, and wireframes to capture workflows and business logic. Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to evaluate solutions. Identify and communicate areas for improvement in business processes. Collaborate with Managers, Leads, Developers, QA, and UX/UI Designers to ensure shared understanding of requirements. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Ensure user stories are well-defined, testable, and prioritized in the backlog. Assist in preparing UAT scenarios and test cases based on defined requirements. Coordinate with QA and business users to validate features and ensure they meet business needs. Monitor defect tracking and support resolution during testing cycles. Track project milestones, deliverables, and status updates. Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers. Maintain transparent communication across all project stakeholders. Recommend enhancements to BA processes and documentation standards. Promote a user-centric, data-informed approach to requirement validation. Stay updated on BA methodologies and tools to support business outcome Requirement 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software or product environment Strong experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, process documentation, and user story writing Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure, Figma, Lucidchart, and wireframing tools Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and sprint management Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholder-facing experience
