At Office Automation Services, we're on the hunt for a driven and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. This role plays a pivotal part in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring the smooth execution of key projects, and supporting senior leadership—particularly the CEO—in high-level customer interactions and strategic planning.

As a Business Analyst with us, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather insights, drive data-backed decisions, and streamline processes—all while delivering exceptional results and continuously adding value to the business.

What You'll Be Doing:1. Business Analysis & Project Management:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to fully understand business challenges, objectives, and opportunities. Collect, document, and validate business and technical requirements to create actionable solutions.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

Dive into business and customer data to uncover key trends, risks, and gaps. You’ll create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and drive informed decision-making across teams.

  • Process Improvement:

Assess current workflows and business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimization strategies that lead to improved productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Project Management Support:

Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of projects. You'll maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and change requests. You’ll help monitor milestones and manage risks to ensure successful delivery.

  • Stakeholder Communication & Documentation:

Act as the liaison between business units, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring that all deliverables align with business goals. You’ll prepare key documents such as BRDs, FRS documents, user manuals, and progress reports.

  • Risk Mitigation & Quality Assurance:

Identify potential risks early on and contribute to developing mitigation strategies. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure our solutions meet business needs and validate solution effectiveness post-implementation.

2. Supporting the CEO in Customer Interactions:

  • Customer Engagement:

Participate in meetings, workshops, and discussions with customers alongside the CEO, capturing their needs, challenges, and pain points. You’ll help translate these insights into clear business requirements and assist in creating compelling solution proposals backed by data and feasibility analysis.

  • Strategic Insight:

Present key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and ROI insights that support executive-level discussions and help drive customer-centric decision-making.

  • Relationship Management:

Act as a trusted interface between our customers, leadership, and delivery teams, ensuring customer requirements are tracked and followed up on with precision and professionalism.

3. Delivering Strategic Value:

  • Be a Strategic Advisor:

Provide valuable business insights, feedback from customers, and market trends to inform strategy. Help optimize processes across departments, enhancing overall organizational performance.

  • Empower Leadership:

Work alongside leadership to provide actionable intelligence that supports data-driven, informed decision-making. Your contributions will be key to shaping the future direction of the company.

What We’re Looking For:Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience:

3.5–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record in gathering requirements and supporting project delivery.
Experience with ERP or other enterprise-level systems is a plus.

  • Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis.
Familiarity with JIRA or other project management tools.
Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.

  • Soft Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
