We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support data- driven decision-making across editorial, production, marketing, and business teams. The ideal candidate will analyze business performance, optimize workflows, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and content performance.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze business, content, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities

Work closely with editorial, production, marketing, and management teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical insights

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics related to content performance, audience engagement, revenue, and operations

Support news planning and content strategy through data-backed insights and forecasting

Evaluate workflows and processes across departments and recommend efficiency and optimization improvements

Assist in post-production analysis, including content performance, reach, engagement, and ROI

Track KPIs, project progress, and business outcomes against defined objectives

Prepare business reviews, summaries, and presentations for senior management

Facilitate stakeholder discussions by providing clear, structured insights and follow-ups
Requirement & Skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration marketing, Business Communication, Media Sciences, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailÂ

Understanding of media operations, digital content performance, and reporting workflows

Experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly

Ability to manage multiple analyses and projects in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Slides, and reporting tools (BI tools are a plus)
