Business Analyst

The purpose of this job is to provide direct support to the Everyday Banking & Lending team on all matters related to MIS, Analytics, Incentives, Reporting including data extraction, report preparation, building performance decks to name a few. Focusing on Mass and Payments segments of Consumer Banking.

Job Specific Accountabilities

§ Support on all data and MI reporting matters related to Business Performance and Portfolio

§ Assist on required data for presentations for business reviews

§ Develop and Maintain Customized Reporting Requirements

§ Develop new performance dashboards and assist on fully automating them

§ Incentive calculations and performance management

§ Consolidation of information from stakeholders, analysis of the data and creation of presentations to bank senior management

Minimum Qualification

§ Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent

Minimum Experience

§ 3 years’ relevant experience in similar roles in the banking sector

Other essential requirements

§ Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills

§ Advanced presentation skills

§ BI tools knowledge like OBIEE, Business Objects, or any other tool

Understanding and knowledge of Retail banking products
