Business Analyst

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join the PC Renewal team. In particular this position will be part of theFord’s PC Asset Management and Tracking team, dedicated to supporting global customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are adept at navigating dynamic environments and committed to delivering exceptional value in alignment with our customers’ mission-critical objectives. The role consists of data analysis, device management, and facilitation of improvements to our ServiceNow - Hardware Asset Management (HAM) implementation.

• Develop and implement ServiceNow HAM solutions in alignment with client needs related to PC Asset Management
• Collaborate with functional teams, lead technical solution design sessions, and contribute to process improvement and documentation.
• Design, test, and troubleshoot workflows associated within the ServiceNow platform as it relates to the PC Renewal business.
• Define process to ensure the smooth operation of IT Asset Management operations.
• Ensure global alignment for organization setup of stockrooms, program offices, and other aspects of PC Renewal ServiceNow workflows and operations including but not limited to consistent global process roll out.
• Audit teams to ensure processes are being followed.
• Assist with the training of Planning and Operational staff.

• ServiceNow, Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related field
• In-depth knowledge of IT Asset Management processes and best practices
• Willingness to learn and be self-driven
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience with Jira preferred
• Must be available to work from 8AM EST to 5PM EST.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
