IOverserve Business Services LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our expanding team in Muscat. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable insights
• Perform data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and management teams
• Support project implementation, testing, and validation
• Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing business insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or SQL is an advantage
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply
