The Role Blueprint Positioned within the prestigious Diplomatic Area of Shatti Al Qurum, Sapiens IT Consulting requires a Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between complex client requirements and high-level technical execution. This isn't just a data role; it’s a strategic position designed for an analyst who can navigate the nuances of the Muscat corporate landscape and deliver optimized system architectures for our Tier-1 clients.

Key Performance Areas

• Systems Evolution: Identify and document functional gaps in existing business architectures, proposing scalable digital solutions that align with client growth targets.
• Workflow Optimization: Engineer detailed process maps and use-case scenarios to streamline operations within financial and governmental systems.
• Requirement Translation: Serve as the primary liaison between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring technical specifications meet business objectives.
• Integrity Testing: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and manage the transition from development to live production environments.

Required Expertise

• Professional Background: 7+ years of experience in systems analysis, specifically within a consulting or professional services firm in the GCC region.
• Academic & Technical: Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics; CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) designation is highly preferred.
• Linguistic Precision: Advanced C2-level English for high-stakes presentation and documentation.
• Digital Reporting: Expertise in providing asynchronous stakeholder briefings via Loom to maintain project momentum.

Context & Location Sapiens IT Consulting offers a premium workstation in Shatti Al Qurum’s Diplomatic Area. This position includes an OMR 3,100 monthly remuneration and the opportunity to influence major digital transformation projects across Oman.
