Business Analyst - Blockchain

Analyze business processes, identify opportunities where blockchain technology adds value.

Proven ability to drive timely and high-quality delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, regulatory requirements, and service-level commitments.

Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

Strong expertise in requirements analysis and solution design, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and architects to design blockchain solutions.

Evaluate blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana) based on business requirements.

Support the development of smart contracts and dApps by clarifying logic, rules, and workflows.

Ensure solutions align with regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution validation.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

Act as a primary point of coordination between business, technical, security, and compliance teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.

Required Skills and Experience:

Required experience is 6 to 10 Years (3 years in Blockchain)

Must have experience in process mapping and banking industry

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in blockchain

Strong understanding of blockchain concepts (distributed ledgers, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, tokens)

Experience or requirements gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
