ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking skilled and dynamic Business Analysts to join our consulting team at our Qatar location. In this permanent, full-time role, you will drive the analysis and optimization of business processes through your analytical acumen and strategic thinking. As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in identifying business needs and translating them into actionable solutions.

Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for optimization through ERP functionalities and Microsoft solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system-driven solutions using ERP platforms and Microsoft tools.

Design and document process mappings aligned with ERP capabilities and automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate.

Support the development and implementation of efficient workflows leveraging ERP systems and Microsoft technologies.

Prepare clear reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making within ERP and Microsoft environments.

Ensure strong alignment between business needs and technology solutions, particularly within ERP systems and Microsoft ecosystems.

Act as a key liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure effective integration and communication across ERP and Microsoft platforms.

Continuously improve and optimize business workflows through automation and system enhancements using ERP and Microsoft tools.

Map business processes to ERP functionalities and Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Automate workflows).
Required Profile
We are interested in professionals and job starters who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and possess the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business or process analysis.

Proven expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes within ERP environments (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft ecosystems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and business process modeling techniques.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft tools, including the Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate).

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are Preferred.

Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) certification is an added Advantage.
