1. To be a trusted advisor for our long term client partners. Listen and understand their training needs and performance challenges, in order to propose the right solutions.

2. To pro-actively prospect new clients and build positive and productive relationships with existing clients.

3. Propose and close business from enquiries generated by marketing or from own networking activities.

4. To coordinate between the consultant and the client for confirmed programme deliveries and custom design projects.

5. Key Account Management and Development.

6. To oversee and follow-up on post training outputs with the support of client services, to ensuring that the end-to-end client experience exceeds expectations.

7. To actively expand the uptake of our unique offerings and licensed solutions

Experience / Competencies

Demonstrable knowledge of Learning & Development practices, with strong experience in at least one of the following: Leadership & Management Development, Organisational Change, Customer Service / Experience, Performance Management, Business Simulations & Gamification.

Industry experience in Financial Services, Medical & Healthcare, Government, Energy or Retail would be advantageous.

Sales experience of at least 3 years in the L&D, Training or Education industry.

Strong relationship builder with a friendly personality

Quality oriented, attention to detail can articulate well in writing

Well organised

Professional standards of personal presentation

Arabic is a bonus / but not essential

Fluency in spoken and written English is a mandatory requirement
