Business Consultant (Carrier Business Sales Support)

Job Purpose

Responsible for the overall sales support task during pre-sales, in-sale and post sales activities of DICT, IT software and AI related solutions for Pakistan telecom carrier market.

The general tasks of the role will include RFP & contracts review, recording & tracking opportunities, and administrating deployments and post-sales support activities including internal processes, systems, invoice generation & tracking, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. You should be self-motivated and trustworthy.


Job Functions & Required Skills / Knowledge

  1. Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management
  2. Good knowledge of DICT (Digital, Information, and Communication Technology), Cloud, IT infra structure, switches, firewalls, AI, and IoT.
  3. Coordinate Sales support activities and operations with efficiency.
  4. Coordinate reviews of documents like agreements, MoUs, RFPs, Order forms etc with customer and internal teams.
  5. Initiate and follow through the workflow for new and renewal orders.
  6. Tracking sales opportunities, collection, invoicing generation and reporting.
  7. Monitor and coordinate the timely delivery of products and services.
  8. Monitor and coordinate resolution of service issues faced by customers.
  9. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.


Job Requirements

Qualification

  1. Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in IT or computer science
  2. Working Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experiencein telco or system integrator..
  3. Specific experience required: Knowledge and hands-on experience of Telecom IT solution and service
  4. Skills & Personal Attributes
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with office management procedures, basic accounting principles and telecom solutions.
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), project management, and office software.

  • Self-driven, result oriented and solution focused.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities


Language Ability : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
