Job Title: Sales Consultant – NUOMI Hardware & Accessories

Job Purpose:

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling premium kitchen & wardrobem hardware & accessories by understanding customer needs, providing expert product guidance, and ensuring an excellent showroom experience that leads to successful conversions and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, and contractors professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware & accessory solutions.
  • Present and explain product features, specifications, finishes, and brand advantages.
  • Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and proposals as per customer requirements.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to ensure timely closure.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams for order execution.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, leads, and sales records in CRM or sales system.
  • Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and arrangement of hardware samples in the showroom.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends.
  • Handle customer concerns, objections, and after-sales coordination professionally.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and pricing guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in hardware, accessories, kitchens, wardrobes, or related sales.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen hardware, wardrobe fittings, accessories, hinges, slides, baskets, and fittings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong closing ability.
  • Basic understanding of drawings, layouts, or modular systems (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Professional appearance and showroom etiquette.
