Business Developement Executive (EdTech Sales)

Tirur, India

  • Initiate outbound calls to individuals (students or parents) who have shown interest in our programs
  • Assess each lead's academic interests and career objectives to suggest the most suitable courses
  • Clearly articulate program details including curriculum, benefits, tuition fees, and learning outcomes
  • Develop strong relationships through ongoing engagement to support informed decision-making
  • Guide prospects through the enrollment process with timely and accurate information
  • Strive to meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach goals and enrollment quotas
  • Maintain consistent performance in meeting monthly sales targets and lead conversion rates
  • Remain knowledgeable about new course offerings, market trends, and competitor activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Education
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2C EdTech or a similar industry
  • Demonstrated success in lead conversion and meeting sales goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust over the phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
