- Initiate outbound calls to individuals (students or parents) who have shown interest in our programs
- Assess each lead's academic interests and career objectives to suggest the most suitable courses
- Clearly articulate program details including curriculum, benefits, tuition fees, and learning outcomes
- Develop strong relationships through ongoing engagement to support informed decision-making
- Guide prospects through the enrollment process with timely and accurate information
- Strive to meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach goals and enrollment quotas
- Maintain consistent performance in meeting monthly sales targets and lead conversion rates
- Remain knowledgeable about new course offerings, market trends, and competitor activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Education
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2C EdTech or a similar industry
- Demonstrated success in lead conversion and meeting sales goals
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust over the phone
